Why not come to great Yarmouth for your holiday there is so much to do here. On our doorstep we have public houses plenty of and it’s a shoppers paradise apart from the usual shops like BHS, Woolworth’s, Next, Co-Op. We also have an under five pound shop that sells ladies, men’s and children’s clothes.
You could eat in Great Yarmouth at a different place every day of the month and all reasonable priced, plus McDonalds, pizza hut, kfc, we even have a blockbusters. A ten screen cinema is close by, also ten pin bowling, Mecca bingo and palace bingo both which I enjoy. If you enjoy bowls we also have that. Two piers and a jetty which lets off fireworks on a Wednesday night for the six week summer holidays. Sea life centre lots of fish there, model village which is all lit up in the summer months. There is swimming indoor pool not the sea.
A mile from us is the pleasure beach with rides to thrill and scare you and a little closer to home is joy land for the younger children which are next door to an American restaurant lovely food there. Veteran waterways consist of paddle boats for hire and is close to the beach.
For those who love to fish theres the sea or broads and golfers would love the golf here. We have a circus here all year round plus crazy golf at least three, go karting and skateboarding park. Other places to visit outside great Yarmouth are the Norfolk broads have a drink and watch the boats great to do, Horse racing and greyhound racing are up the road plus banger racing if you like a lot of noise. Places to visit out of town could be banham zoo 35 acres with hundreds of animals, berney arms windmill only way to reach it is by a footpath or boat, fritton lake consist of a farm, gardens, boating, adventure park and a lot more, Norfolk wildlife park, also the otter trust, the only place in Britain breeding the British otter to go back to the wild Why not visit the dinosaur adventure park or Suffolk wildlife park. One thing you won’t be is bored if you stay in great Yarmouth. Why not take a stroll to the museums, Elizabeth House - step back in time and discover how people lived though the centuries, Norfolk Nelson - find out about Nelsons career, Great Yarmouth - row houses plus tollhouse museum an early medieval place once used as a courthouse complete with a Victorian dungeon and jail.
We also hold events here like the four day meeting of horse racing, indoor bowl and outdoor bowl competitions, carnivals lots of them. There are band concerts Sundays from the end of may throughout the summer, July brings the Lowestoft air show a two day event which is attended by thousands and of course the maritime festival a two day event in September where you can see lots of ships and boats.
Nightime here boast of lights fantastic the seafront is illuminated, plus nightclubs and pubs hosting entertainment and karaoke’s. Arcades galore to lose your money in and a casino if you’re feeling lucky. If you’re feeling romantic a stroll along the beach at night gets your heart racing. So from the seashells you have so much on hand where else would you want to go?
